About me
Hi! With a lifelong passion for movement and exercise, I want to bring a unique blend of Ballet precision and Pilates strength to every class. Having trained in Ballet from a young age, I went on to study Ballet Education at the Royal Academy of Dance. I spent three years deepening my understanding of the body, movement technique and learning about child development and teaching.
I now teach in a few Ballet schools in London, sharing my love for this artform. My journey naturally evolved into Pilates, a practice that complements Ballet beautifully through its focus on control, balance, and core strength.
About Perfect Balance
Through Perfect Balance, I aim to create a safe space where everyone from dancers to complete beginners can discover the empowering connection between the mind and movement . My teaching style is supportive, precise, and encouraging so that every client feels able to practise with confidence.
Pilates is for everyone! Not only is it great for building strength, but also for improving posture and helping with injuries. During the class we will focus on the Pilates fundamentals: Control, Centering, Concentration, Flow, Precision and Breathing.
Perfect Balance classes are designed to help you find that equilibrium, building both physical alignment and using exercise to bring clarity and confidence.
